GreenWiseFlooring.com offers maintenance contracts that are customized to meet the demands of each customer. We additionally peform on-site training and consulting for customers that want to maintain their floors in-house.

While all of our floors are warranted against defects in craftsmanship, we cannot assume responsibility for floors that have been neglected or abused beyond reasonable expectations. For this reason, we strongly advise each customer to follow the recommended maintenance guidelines for their specific installation.

Maintenance contracts are priced to save you money! On average, having maintenance done through one of our maintenance contracts will save you between 10% and 20% off service calls. Plus, you will have the added benefit of free technical support and access to special promotions and discounts.
